They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, along with the location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain also much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much from the home furnishings, etc.
The coffee table was damaged, two in the three plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a huge improvement for the deck. The main complaint that I have with the home would be the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of them really need to get replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area on the rear deck) is extremely challenging to open.
